Sharing the deatils of participation is essential to raise the audience engagement with this poster competition.

Our servers operate standard logging procedure, recording: IP address; time of visit; pages requested; amount of data downloaded; and the details of any errors that arise during your visit. Collecting this information is essential to operate the web services and prevent malicious activity.

All the information that is provided through application forms may be shared among the organising committee; and any supervisor that is identified as part of the application. Your name; email address; social media identifiers; organisation; research group details; and poster details may be published online on this website as part of the competition; and shared on other websites and by email to publicise the competition and its winners.

Website server data is available to website admins and will be used to ensure the website's function and prevent errors. The data may be anonymised and collated to provide generalised statistics about engagement with this event to the organising committee and general public.
